Her own biography makes it clear that the graduate designer and certified trainer has never taken the ‘only possible’ path. The passion and openness to discover new topics and areas and to deal with them intensively – this is what distinguishes Susanne.
Due to her many years of independence, the areas around leadership, team building and communication have emerged as training and workshop focal points.
In addition to the leadership topics rhetoric, body language, conflict management and resilience, a special matter close to her heart in coaching is the area of women in leadership, preferably by women to women: Because women lead differently, have different topics and communicate differently with each other – they often still work as a minority in a purely male world.
