As a certified coach at DVCT e.V. he uses this experience today for leadership development and coaching.
The focus is on familiarizing oneself with the respective context in the company. Through benevolent and goal-oriented inspirations, he sets adjustments in motion with you and supports them continuously and as needed to the changing context.
Due to his many years of experience, Axel feels at home in various corporate structures – from German stock corporations to medium-sized, owner-managed family businesses and international corporations.
